As a shopper on our website you have the right to cancel within fourteen days of receipt of our products and receive a full product refund. This applies to unopened products only.

Unfortunately if you have a reaction to, or are unsatisfied with a product, we cannot accept it back for a refund. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

If you have benefited from free delivery Vitbiotics reserve the right to refund the cost of your products minus any delivery costs we have incurred in sending the products out to you.
